wradlib.io.xarray.to_netcdf(volume, filename, timestep=None, keys=None, engine=None)[source]#

Save RadarVolume/XRadVolume to netcdf compliant file.

Parameters:
  • volume (wradlib.io.xarray.RadarVolume, wradlib.io.xarray.XRadVol or wradlib.io.xarray.XRadVolume)

  • filename (str) – output filename

  • timestep (int, slice) – timestep/slice of wanted volume, defaults to full slice

  • keys (list) – list of sweep_group_names which should be written to the file

  • engine (str) – engine to save data, defaults to ‘netcdf4’ or ‘h5netcdf’ if found (in this order)
